This program will allow us to fully pay each of our special "kids" as they do meaningful work at Toby's Place Thrift Store. It is our intention to pay our valuable employees above minimum wage and are proud to do this above industry standards, in fact a modest raise for our kids would be apprpriate as the cost of living goes up. This will allow us to expand our budget to add more services and supports for our kids. 
Fund a day, half month, full month or whole year. Show these special individuals how valuable they are!
